Venkata Srinivas is proficient in developing and reviewing basic and detailed engineering designs, simulation models, and heat and mass balance calculations. He has in-depth knowledge of LNG liquefaction technologies, including APCI C3/MR processes, enhanced MCHE control schemes, and propane compressor operations. His expertise also extends to process safety studies such as HAZOP and SIL, as well as the optimization of PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs. A skilled problem solver, Venkata supports revamp studies, capacity enhancements, and troubleshooting for complex plants. He excels in inter-discipline coordination and has a strong grasp of international codes and standards such as API 12J, 14C, 14E, and 520. His experience includes equipment sizing, relief calculations, SAFE chart preparation, and the development of process datasheets, equipment lists, and line lists. Vijay Anand Radha Krishnan is the General Manager and Head of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE) at Quest Global. With over thirty years of experience in manufacturing engineering, he leads Quest Global's efforts in both traditional and digital manufacturing. Vijay has been instrumental in setting up a Digital Manufacturing Lab in partnership with Siemens, focusing on designing, developing, and simulating manufacturing and assembly operations. Vijay Jain is President and Global Business Head for Hi‑Tech and MedTech at Quest Global, where he leads strategy and growth across technology‑driven and regulated industries including healthcare, communications, and advanced digital platforms. With over 25 years of global leadership experience, Vijay has built and scaled businesses across the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, operating at the intersection of engineering excellence, digital transformation, and market expansion. At Quest Global, Vijay focuses on building specialized delivery ecosystems that combine deep domain expertise, engineering precision, and scalable operating models to address complex Hi‑Tech and MedTech customer challenges—from connected products and platforms to regulated, safety‑critical systems. Zeph Grant is a Chief Engineer at Quest Global. Zeph works in the Aerospace and Defence Sector in a Senior Leadership role as Systems Engineering Lead delivering complex Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. He is proficient in Design Assurance Frameworks including DO178 and DO254.
