Abhijeet Marathe is the Vertical Solutions Leader for Hi-Tech at Quest Global. He has over 21 years of experience and leads the Center of Competencies (CoC) and architecture in the Digital Technology practice. Abhijeet is responsible for technology leadership, innovation, and building capabilities. At Quest Global, he is actively involved in IoT, sustainability, data, AI, and machine learning. His ability to manage large, multi-location teams and his passion for learning and innovation drive Quest Global's success in delivering cutting-edge solutions and solving complex business problems. Abhijeet co-founded and ran Inspireminds Technologies for 3 years which specialized in Enterprise and mobile application development.

As the President of Technology Services, Ajay ensures the alignment of Quest Global’s technology solutions infrastructure with the evolving needs of the industry and our customers. In this role, he designs the strategy to build and establish Quest Global’s customer relationship ecosystem globally, which results in enhancing our customers’ engagement experiences with us, ensures their delight, and ultimately turns them into ambassadors of Quest Global. Ajay is also the Chair for NASSCOM Engineering R&D (ER&D) Council, wherein he drives a vision to create a $100B ER&D industry by 2025. Deeply passionate about education for the underprivileged and other related causes, he gives direction to Quest Global’s social responsibility initiatives as well. With his keen enthusiasm in technology innovations, Ajay uses his experience to help start-ups across industries, and also helps Quest Global build mutually beneficial synergies with them. He loves to experiment with social media for achieving these ends. After successful stints with HP and Agilent Technologies in the US, Ajay joined Quest Global in 2002, when it was a 200-strong organization. He played a pivotal role in our foray into the aero structures domain, which gave us some major business wins. His relentless drive to build a best-in-class company through delivery and people process excellence has resulted in AS9100, PCMM Level 3, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001, ACE Gold and the CMMI Level 3 certifications. Ajay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NITK, Surathkal (India), and MS and PhD degrees from the University of Massachusetts (USA). His research on very high frequency amplifiers was awarded by the IEEE (Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and bagged the Microwave Society Fellowship. He holds two US Patents.

Amar Rao is the Engineering Technical Manager at Quest Global in Bangalore, India. With 20 years of experience in mobile, embedded systems, telecom, and data research, he excels in both technical and managerial roles. At Quest Global, Amar handles technical solutions and software deliveries for a major mobile operator in India, focusing on mobile software applications involving audio/video streaming, digital payments, location-based apps, and games. His expertise in emerging technologies like Python and Elasticsearch, combined with his PMP and Scrum Master certifications, ensures successful project delivery and innovation. Amar believes in the concept – ‘Every engineering project essentially creates something new that has never been done before.’ He holds a Bachelor Of Engineering in Computer Science degree from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.

Amjad Jabbar is the Vice President of Digital Health at Quest Global, bringing over 25+ years of global experience in healthcare product development, engineering services, and digital transformation. He has led the development of complex, high-tech, and regulated medical devices and healthcare digital solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. Amjad is known for spearheading key projects that use cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence and data analytics, to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes. At Quest Global, Amjad focuses on strategic business growth in healthcare engineering services, leveraging his unique blend of sales acumen and deep domain expertise. His specialties include – Digital health, SAFe, , DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Medical Devices, AI / ML, and more. Prior to joining Quest Global, he worked as the Executive Director - Technology Operations at GE Healthcare.

Anam Haque is the VP of Engineering, Industry Leader, and Global Engineering Head at Quest Global. With over 25 years in the semiconductor industry, he excels in solving complex enterprise-level problems and scaling large global teams. At Quest Global, Anam drives business turnarounds, acquisitions, and significant year-over-year revenue growth. His expertise spans engineering leadership, vertical marketing, and technology vision, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes. Anam's strategic approach and focus on customer satisfaction makes him a key leader in advancing Quest Global's engineering capabilities and market presence. Anam's career began in various engineering roles at renowned companies such as AMD, Qualcomm, and Synopsys, contributing to the delivery of next-generation products. Arvind Singh is a global engineering leader with over two decades of experience in product engineering, embedded systems, and large-scale engineering delivery across industries including automotive, rail, industrial, semiconductor, energy, and medical technology. He currently serves as General Manager and Global Horizontal Practice Leader – Embedded Device Engineering at Quest Global, where he focuses on strengthening engineering capability across business units and enabling the next phase of engineering transformation. His work centers on helping engineering organizations evolve from traditional service delivery models toward platform-driven, intelligence-led engineering. Over the course of his career, Arvind has progressed from hands-on system architecture and product engineering roles to leading global teams responsible for complex, safety-critical product development and digital engineering initiatives. He has led multidisciplinary engineering programs, built engineering centers of excellence, and supported customers in developing next-generation embedded systems and product platforms. Arvind is particularly interested in the role of AI-enabled engineering intelligence, where insights from design, validation, manufacturing, and field operations can be integrated to create closed-loop learning systems that improve product reliability, cost efficiency, and time-to-market. He frequently works with engineering and business leaders to explore how digital technologies can reshape product lifecycle engineering and create long-term competitive advantage.

Arjun G is a Project Lead at Quest Global with close to a decade of hands-on experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and remote asset monitoring for industrial environments. He currently works with upstream and downstream rotary equipment, where he develops, deploys, and fine-tunes predictive models using platforms such as AVEVA PRiSM and SmartSignal. At Quest Global, Arjun plays a key role in building monitoring templates, tuning thresholds, conducting detailed investigations, and translating machine data into actionable insights. He also leads day-to-day operations for remote monitoring teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery of weekly and monthly performance metrics. Before joining Quest Global, Arjun spent over four years at BPCL’s Kochi Refinery, where he was part of the predictive maintenance function. His work included vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, and on-site condition monitoring, along with managing teams responsible for plant reliability. Arjun holds a BTech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation and brings a practical, field-informed perspective to reliability engineering and asset performance management.

Avinash Seegehalli is AVP and Semiconductor Frontend Competency Leader at Quest Global. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he brings deep expertise across 3D, media, and display domains, with strong hands-on experience in ASIC design and validation. Before joining Quest Global, Avinash spent more than two decades at Intel Corporation, where he held multiple engineering leadership roles, including Director of Engineering. He led frontend teams across RTL, validation, and DFX, and managed development programs spanning Ethernet subsystems for Xeon-D product lines and next-generation PMIC SoCs. He also led collaborative development efforts across India and the United States. Avinash holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and completed executive education at University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Bhimender Saini is a semiconductor engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience in SoC design, physical design, and large-scale semiconductor program delivery. He currently serves as Associate Vice President and PD/DFT Competency Lead for the Semiconductor Vertical at Quest Global, where he focuses on strengthening design implementation capabilities and advancing engineering excellence across complex chip programs. Over the course of his career, Bhimender has contributed to more than 20 successful SoC tapeouts spanning applications from smartphone platforms to large-scale server-class designs on advanced technology nodes. His expertise spans the full semiconductor design lifecycle, including RTL handoff, physical design, design for test (DFT), power and timing optimization, and post-silicon considerations. Prior to joining Quest Global, Bhimender held senior engineering leadership roles at leading semiconductor companies including Intel Corporation, MediaTek, Qualcomm, and STMicroelectronics. He has built and led global teams of more than 200 engineers and has played a key role in establishing design competency centers and scaling high-impact semiconductor programs. Bhimender is particularly interested in advancing semiconductor design productivity through improved methodologies, ecosystem collaboration, and the integration of AI-enabled engineering workflows.
