Harald Ruckriegel is a senior technology leader with over two decades of experience across automotive, industrial, and IT domains. As Senior Vice President of Automotive Solutions and Technologies at Quest Global, he leads strategy and delivery for Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives, driving innovation for global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Harald’s career spans leadership roles in business development, technology strategy, and ecosystem management. Before joining Quest Global, he served as Global Industry Automotive Lead and Chief Technologist at Red Hat, where he shaped the company’s global go-to-market strategy for the automotive sector. He has also held key positions at BMW and worked extensively in IT innovation, architecture, and digital transformation. With a strong academic foundation in computer science and an Executive MBA in Communication and Leadership, Harald is known for bridging technical depth with business insight to deliver scalable solutions for future mobility.

Irfan Shirur is a technology leader at Quest Global with 17 years of experience in full-stack development, cloud computing, IoT, mobile applications, and Generative AI. He brings deep technical expertise and a strong customer-first mindset to deliver scalable, end-to-end digital solutions across industries. Known for his ability to lead complex engineering programs, Irfan also plays a key role in pre-sales, helping clients translate their business needs into impactful technology strategies. Jnaneshwara Shettigar is a Senior Technical Architect, MedTech & Healthcare at Quest Global, specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. With more than 18 years of experience in the medical device industry, Jnaneshwara focuses on product design, development, verification and validation, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity. His expertise spans therapeutic, diagnostic, and cardiovascular medical devices. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading medical device companies, including Draeger, BTL, AWAK, and Opto, while also supporting product development for Philips Healthcare, Zoll Medical Corporation, Criticare Technologies Inc., and GE Healthcare. Jodi Carr is the Director of Engineering at EXB Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Quest Global. With a comprehensive background in large-scale embedded systems for aerospace and telecom industries, Jodi excels in managing the entire lifecycle of software development programs. Known for exceptional communication and a results-driven approach, Jodi combines technical expertise with strong management and interpersonal skills. Kamal Deep Sethi is the Global ADAS/Autonomous Mobility CoE Leader at Quest Global. With over 19 years of experience, Kamal is an enthusiastic leader dedicated to planning, leading, and enhancing business operations. He excels in developing technical roadmaps, managing teams, and fostering technological innovation. Kamal believes in the four pillars of organizational growth: Employees, Customers, Culture & Values, and Innovation. His expertise spans across Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Autonomous Driving, and various sensor technologies including cameras, radars, and lidars. As Industry Leader for Aero & Defence UK/Europe at Quest Global, he brings decades of senior executive experience from leading roles at Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, and Weir Group. Luke has led global teams of over 5,000 people and delivered major programs exceeding £500 million in value. His cross-sector experience across civil aerospace, defence, power, and industrial equipment gives him a unique perspective on engineering challenges. Known for his adaptive leadership and strong advocacy for diversity and inclusion, Luke now supports clients in a strategic advisory and consulting capacity.

Madan Lolugu is the Associate Vice President for the Semiconductor vertical at Quest Global, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the organization. With an M.Tech in VLSI from Bharath University, Madan combines technical expertise with a visionary approach to semiconductor innovation. Before joining Quest Global, Madan was the Co-Founder of AdeptChips, a company now part of the Quest Global family. Maki Fujima brings over 30 years of automotive expertise as General Manager and Strategic Client Partner for Automotive at Quest Global, Tokyo. He specializes in autonomous driving systems, software-defined vehicles, and digital cockpit solutions. Throughout his career, Maki held senior positions at UL Solutions, Marelli, ZF Group, and Valeo, spanning business development, strategic partnerships, and technology commercialization globally. At Quest Global, he serves as a trusted partner to vehicle manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers, solving complex automotive challenges through innovative engineering solutions. His expertise encompasses vehicle electronics, in-vehicle infotainment, ADAS, e-mobility, autonomous systems, and automotive security. Maki holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Doshisha University and an MBA from Aoyama Gakuin University. With over four decades of experience, he has witnessed and contributed to the technological evolution from dedicated micro-computers and 8" floppy drives to the current era of IIoT, Cloud, AI, and Industry 4.0. Manoj partners with forward-thinking organizations to accelerate their business transformation journeys. He helps define roadmaps, operational strategies, and mobilizes resources to ensure technology investments drive new business models and revenue streams, rather than just technology migration. His deep knowledge of the global engineering services landscape and business engagement models, combined with a proven track record in building flexible and capable engineering service teams, has led to the establishment of large-scale ODCs and CoEs, driving significant business transformations.
