Vasan Karighattam works as the Chief Architect and AVP of Engineering at Quest Global. He carries over 25 years of expertise in engineering management, technology strategy, and the development of cutting-edge system software and hardware architectures. Vasan has led large engineering teams to deliver novel solutions across SOC/CPU architecture, secure processor design, and distributed systems for applications ranging from mobile platforms to data centers. Vasan has been instrumental in setting technology roadmaps and bringing to market high-performance SOCs for smartphones, cameras, and carrier-grade networking products. As a lead architect, Vasan has pioneered secure processor architectures that enable state isolation for trusted execution environments, authenticated off-chip communication, and open designs for enhanced auditability and verification. He has also architected and developed industry-leading 800Gbps/1.6Tbps Ethernet subsystems, FlexE solutions for optical networks, and multi-lane HBM2 subsystems for HPC and networking applications. Vasan's technical acumen is further reflected in his contributions to industry standards such as IEEE802.3, ITU, IETF, PCI-SIG, and Open Compute. His extensive skill set also includes Linux and RTOS, link-layer technologies, synthesis, and system software development, making him a visionary in advancing next-generation computing and networking technologies. Vasan holds a master’s degree from Michigan Technological University at Houghton and a bachelor’s degree from Bangalore University.

Venkata Sai Kolisetti is the Vertical Solutions Partner for Aerospace & Defense and General Manager at Quest Global. He plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives within the Aerospace & Defense vertical. Venkata focuses on client engagement, strategic planning, and solution development, ensuring tailored solutions that meet industry-specific requirements. His expertise in market analysis and thought leadership helps Quest Global stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Venkata leverages Product Lifecycle Management and Agile Project Management best practices to drive growth and efficiency. Venkata Srinivas Rao Dasam is a Lead Process Design Engineer at Quest Global. Venkata has over 18 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. His expertise spans process design for LNG facilities, process and wellhead platforms, refineries, and petrochemical plants, with a proven track record in executing major FEED and detailed engineering projects. Venkata Srinivas is proficient in developing and reviewing basic and detailed engineering designs, simulation models, and heat and mass balance calculations. He has in-depth knowledge of LNG liquefaction technologies, including APCI C3/MR processes, enhanced MCHE control schemes, and propane compressor operations. His expertise also extends to process safety studies such as HAZOP and SIL, as well as the optimization of PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs. A skilled problem solver, Venkata supports revamp studies, capacity enhancements, and troubleshooting for complex plants. He excels in inter-discipline coordination and has a strong grasp of international codes and standards such as API 12J, 14C, 14E, and 520. His experience includes equipment sizing, relief calculations, SAFE chart preparation, and the development of process datasheets, equipment lists, and line lists. Venkateshkumar D is a Project Manager at Quest Global. He is highly skilled in project engineering, piping engineering, rotating equipment, and pressure vessel design across various domains, including metals and mining, water and wastewater treatment, and thermal projects. At Quest Global, Venkateshkumar leads a team of engineers, modelers, and drafters, ensuring the successful execution of basic and detailed engineering activities. He is responsible for estimating engineering man-hours, scheduling project deliverables, and maintaining quality standards. His expertise in international codes and standards, along with his ability to coordinate with clients and vendors, ensures efficient project management and delivery. Venkateshkumar worked as a Lead Engineer at FLSmidth, before joining Quest Global.

Vighnesh Bhandari is the General Manager and Head of Global Delivery & Business for the Oil & Gas vertical at Quest Global. With a BE in Mechanical Engineering from B.V.B College of Engineering & Technology, Vighnesh brings over two decades of experience in engineering, delivery management, and business leadership to the organization. At Quest Global, Vighnesh leads global delivery operations and drives business growth for key Oil & Gas clients, ensuring the successful execution of complex engineering projects. His expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions has positioned him as a trusted partner for clients navigating the evolving energy sector.

Vijay Anand Radha Krishnan is the General Manager and Head of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE) at Quest Global. With over thirty years of experience in manufacturing engineering, he leads Quest Global's efforts in both traditional and digital manufacturing. Vijay has been instrumental in setting up a Digital Manufacturing Lab in partnership with Siemens, focusing on designing, developing, and simulating manufacturing and assembly operations. His leadership has significantly contributed to Quest Global's capabilities in providing innovative solutions for major aerospace, defense, energy, and transportation customers.
