With a background in biomedical engineering, he has extensive experience in launching and sustaining over 15 medical devices from concept to market. At Quest Global, Pratheep focuses on systems engineering, clinical areas, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the successful execution of medical device programs. His expertise in product strategy, risk management, NPI road mapping, and sustenance engineering makes him a key player in driving innovation and maintaining high standards in the medical device and healthcare sector. Pratheep has previously worked for Larsen and Turbo for over twelve years.

Rajkin G is the Director of Technology- Automotive at Quest Global. Rajkin G is a dynamic leader that specializes in building and making things work across various domains. It includes strategy, technical sales, incubation, and delivery leadership in software and embedded product engineering for automotive, medical, and high-tech industries. Starting his career as a software engineer with Quest Global in 1997, Rajkin has grown through the ranks by developing innovative engineering solutions and leading teams across multiple verticals, including semiconductor, broadband, and supply chain, primarily for North American clients. In 2004, he transitioned to the medical devices sector, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the medical practice within Quest Global. Under his leadership, the team built the largest offshore development center for a Tier-1 medical OEM from the ground up. Rajkin has held various key positions, managing critical programs both onsite and offshore, and continues to be a part of the senior management team, providing strategic advice for the account and regional growth. In 2010, he took on the challenge of diversifying and developing new accounts in Europe and North America, leading pre-sales, business development, and marketing efforts alongside operations. With over twenty years of industry experience, Rajkin currently heads the delivery for the medical devices vertical globally, focusing on incubating new accounts within the practice. In 2018, he ventured into the automotive sector, working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers on infotainment and ADAS solutions.

Rakesh Devulapalli is the Principal Engineer - Rolling Stock & Services at Quest Global. With over twenty-eight years of expertise in design, development, manufacturing, and project execution of embedded and electro-mechanical systems, he is a seasoned professional in the rail industry. Rakesh excels in managing high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and within budget. Rakesh’s role leading the discussions in traction control ensures compliant products for customers. His deep technical knowledge in rail systems engineering, including rolling stock design, traction systems, and train control & management systems, makes him a key asset to Quest Global's rail division.

Rama Krishnan is an electrical engineer with over 15 years of specialized experience in energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as Project Lead for Energy & Utilities NBD, he brings extensive expertise in electrical design, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage systems up to 400kV. His technical proficiency spans hydrogen fuel cell technology, substation design, GIS systems, and thermal power plant operations. Rama has successfully managed complex projects across international markets including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and India, demonstrating his capability in diverse engineering environments. Notable career highlights include his leadership role at Quest Global on the Hyaxiom fuel cell project, and his comprehensive experience in transmission and distribution systems. His background encompasses testing and commissioning of substations up to 220kV GIS, electrical design engineering, and project coordination for major infrastructure developments. Rama holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has completed advanced project management training. His core competencies include project management, hydrogen fuel cells, electrical controls, and substation design, making him a valuable asset in the evolving energy landscape.

Ravi Akella is an embedded systems expert with over two decades of experience across automotive, industrial, and semiconductor domains. As Practice Head at PeopleTech Group and Co-Founder of ARKA Industrial Monitoring Systems, he has led the development of next-gen embedded solutions tailored for real-world complexity. His career spans roles at Bosch and Microchip Technology, where he built deep technical expertise in microcontrollers, real-time systems, and product engineering. Ravi brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial thinking and systems-level engineering to every challenge he tackles.

Sangeeth Kumar is the Principal Architect (Automotive) at Quest Global, formerly known as NeST Software. He specializes in automotive technical leadership, overseeing mid-to-large size programs for OEM and Tier 1 customers. Sangeeth's expertise includes cockpit infotainment, ADAS, embedded systems, and cybersecurity practices for infotainment head units. Before joining Quest Global, he worked as an Onsite Lead at Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc. He excels in customer engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales solutions. With global exposure in Japan, North America, and Europe, Sangeeth brings a wealth of experience to Quest Global, driving innovation and excellence in automotive technology. Sangeeth holds a B.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Satish Bagalkotkar is the CTO at Quest Global. With over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Satish is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur who has brought his expertise to Quest Global. Sendhil Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with deep expertise in rolling stock systems. As Principal Engineer at Quest Global, he plays a pivotal role in driving technical innovation and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. His work spans new product development and performance enhancement of existing solutions, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals. Sendhil also led the development of the Railtech Academy portal, advancing skill development within the organization. Senthil Prasad Mathiyalagan is a Principal Engineer at Quest Global in Bangalore, where he leads innovative research in sustainable fuel technologies and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). With over two decades of engineering expertise, he has established himself as a thought leader in aerospace and energy solutions, particularly focusing on the intersection of CFD, photovoltaic systems, gas turbines, and HVAC technologies. At Quest Global, Senthil has been instrumental in pioneering research on methane-hydrogen fuel blends, contributing to significant breakthroughs in sustainable aviation fuel development. His work demonstrates how computational tools can accelerate environmental progress while maintaining operational efficiency across industries. Before joining Quest Global in 2019, Senthil spent over sixteen years as a Project Manager at Cyient, where he honed his expertise in managing complex engineering projects. His academic excellence is evidenced by his Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where he graduated with an A+ grade and earned recognition as a University Rank Holder.

Shruti Khatri is a Technical Architect specializing in Rail Control and Protection Systems at Quest Global. With an MTech in Information Technology from Banasthali University, she blends technical expertise with a deep passion for engineering as both a profession and a lifelong pursuit. Raised in a God-fearing joint family and educated at an all-girls Christian school, Shruti developed resilience and discipline early on. Her career includes significant roles at Bharat Electronics Ltd. and NAVAL DRDO, where she contributed to India’s pioneering defense and aerospace projects. She also served as an Assistant Professor at Delhi Technological University before joining Quest Global. At Quest Global, Shruti has over five years of experience in speed supervision, data management, gateway control, and radio-based signaling systems. She has driven innovation, conducted knowledge-sharing sessions, and authored six research papers in national and international journals. Notable publications include "Future of Signaling – Embracing Innovation for Safer & Smarter Railways" and "Rail Signaling Systems & The Growing Need for Developing Systems of Systems." An avid reader, writer, and yoga practitioner, Shruti embodies the art of ‘JUGAAD’—resourceful problem-solving—and remains committed to creating safer, smarter rail systems, making a meaningful impact with every solution.

Sindhu Ramachandran is the Director of Technology and CoE Leader for Artificial Intelligence at Quest Global. With over twenty-six years of experience in software engineering, including a decade focused on Applied Artificial Intelligence, she has made significant contributions across various sectors such as medical imaging, energy, industrial, automotive, and hi-tech. At Quest Global, Sindhu is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. She leads initiatives like proof of concepts, pilots, onsite AI workshops, consultancy services, and proactive proposals to meet customer needs. Sindhu has successfully built and led a robust AI team, driving Technology Demonstrator projects in diverse domains including Medical, Automotive, Hi-Tech, Oil & Gas, and Power industries. Her leadership has guided the team through multiple strategic pivots. Recognized as a Woman Role Model in ER&D by NASSCOM, Sindhu views this honor as a testament to the exceptional services Quest Global provides to its global clients. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is passionate about fostering innovation and excellence within her team.

Srikanth Subbarao is the Technical Solution Leader at Quest Global. With over 25 years of experience in process engineering and plant design, he has spent 15 years in delivery organizations and over 8 years in the Technology Excellence Group. At Quest Global, Srikanth focuses on building solutions for strategic client engagements, particularly in net zero, carbon footprint reduction, and hydrogen initiatives. His extensive expertise and leadership in these areas drive Quest Global's commitment to sustainability and innovative engineering solutions. Before Quest Global Srikanth worked at Rotary Mec Engineering India Pvt Ltd. He holds a BE, Chemical Engineering degree from Dayanandsagar College of Engineering.
