With an M.Tech in VLSI from Bharath University, Madan combines technical expertise with a visionary approach to semiconductor innovation. Before joining Quest Global, Madan was the Co-Founder of AdeptChips, a company now part of the Quest Global family. Madan and his team are committed to solving some of the world’s most complex engineering challenges. At Quest Global, Madan brings his extensive experience in semiconductor technology to drive innovation, enhance customer outcomes, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving demands of the industry. Manish Chopra is a Technical Architect at Quest Global with over 20 years of experience in IT. He has a global background in projects, training, and resource development, and has led organizational growth through professional consulting in areas like Big Data, Analytics, Cloud, Open Source, Linux, Unix, Automation, and AI. At Quest Global, Manish works closely with global clients on multiple projects, presales consulting, and solution architecture evaluation. He has completed significant projects in Kubernetes and Cloud IoT automation, and actively contributes to technical discussions and business growth. Prior to Quest Global, Manish worked at Virtual Employee Pvt. Ltd., Evantage IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. and Koenig Solutions Ltd. Manish Chopra holds a Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis.

Manoj V is the Director & CoE Leader (Energy & Industrial), and Chairman of the Grid Academy at Quest Global. Manoj V is a professional business transformation leader specializing in Industrial Automation, OT Systems, IIoT, and OPAS. With over four decades of experience, he has witnessed and contributed to the technological evolution from dedicated micro-computers and 8" floppy drives to the current era of IIoT, Cloud, AI, and Industry 4.0. Manoj partners with forward-thinking organizations to accelerate their business transformation journeys. He helps define roadmaps, operational strategies, and mobilizes resources to ensure technology investments drive new business models and revenue streams, rather than just technology migration. His deep knowledge of the global engineering services landscape and business engagement models, combined with a proven track record in building flexible and capable engineering service teams, has led to the establishment of large-scale ODCs and CoEs, driving significant business transformations. Manoj has represented Quest Global in prestigious forums such as ISGF (India Smart Grid Forum) and SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment & Materials International) and has published over 15 journal articles on topics related to Industrial Automation, Power & Smart Grid, and Engineering Services Outsourcing.

Mansi David is the General Manager of Warehouse Automation Technology at Quest Global. She has over 15 years of experience in software architecture and design. Mansi excels in building and leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to achieve product delivery goals. At Quest Global, she focuses on identifying value streams and shifting organizational focus from resource-efficiency to flow-efficiency. Mansi's expertise in troubleshooting complex problems and deploying large-scale distributed software systems ensures that Quest Global remains at the forefront of warehouse automation technology. Mansi served as the Director of System Engineering and Quality Assurance at IAM Robotics before joining Quest Global.

Mark Wood has been serving as an Engineering Consultant with Quest Global for the past six and half years. He is a Rolls Royce veteran, where he started as an apprentice in 1992. In 2001, he moved from the UK to Seattle, to take up a role as a Design Engineer with Boeing for six months. On his return to the UK, he was promoted to the role of Chief of Producibility - Structures & Transmissions, with Rolls-Royce. Having clocked up a combined experience of over twenty-three years with Rolls-Royce, it has given Mark a strong background in high quality standards, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. He brings these best practices to his role at Quest Global.

Mohammed Riyaz Srambikkal is the Principal Architect at Quest Global, where he drives innovation in the automotive industry through advanced electronics, AI, and cloud-native development. He has a passion for transformative technologies and focuses on creating safer, more efficient, and continuously improvable vehicles. At Quest Global, he plays a key role in shaping next-generation automotive solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to address complex industry challenges. He earned his degree in (B.Tech.), Electronics and Communications Engineering from NSS college of engineering, Palakkad.

Mubarak A R is a seasoned engineering leader with over 27 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and software engineering. At Quest Global, he heads the Semiconductors vertical, driving innovation for global equipment manufacturers. His expertise spans etch, deposition, inspection, and metrology, with a deep understanding of SEMI standards and fab environments. Mubarak has held key roles across engineering, sales strategy, and account management, and has worked with leading companies like KLA, Veeco, and Brooks Automation. He is known for building high-impact solutions and long-term client partnerships.

Nagendra Kumar is the Director of Strategy & Solutions at Quest Global, bringing over two decades of experience in the mobility sector. His expertise lies in developing and delivering cutting-edge, sustainable, and customer-centric technological products that address the evolving needs and challenges of the transportation industry. Nagendra has a strong background in product management, engineering, business, and project management, which has enabled him to successfully win and deliver multiple projects and tenders in the rolling stock, aerospace, defense, and space domains. At Quest Global, Nagendra focuses on strategic planning, product management, and project execution. He is adept at managing product and business value chains throughout their entire lifecycle, making him unique in developing new technological products and businesses from the ground up. He was a ‘MEDAL’ recipient from the former "Governor of Karnataka" for Academic Excellence in Management. His accolades include certifications of Project Management (IPMA Level-D), Continuous Improvement (Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt) and he is also a winner of multiple awards. His ability to work with M&A opportunities for inorganic growth and his knowledge of corporate and business strategies deserves special recognition.

Pratheep PS is the Vertical Solutions Partner - Medical Device & Healthcare at Quest Global. With a background in biomedical engineering, he has extensive experience in launching and sustaining over 15 medical devices from concept to market. At Quest Global, Pratheep focuses on systems engineering, clinical areas, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the successful execution of medical device programs. His expertise in product strategy, risk management, NPI road mapping, and sustenance engineering makes him a key player in driving innovation and maintaining high standards in the medical device and healthcare sector. Pratheep has previously worked for Larsen and Turbo for over twelve years.

Rajkin G is the Director of Technology- Automotive at Quest Global. Rajkin G is a dynamic leader that specializes in building and making things work across various domains. It includes strategy, technical sales, incubation, and delivery leadership in software and embedded product engineering for automotive, medical, and high-tech industries. Starting his career as a software engineer with Quest Global in 1997, Rajkin has grown through the ranks by developing innovative engineering solutions and leading teams across multiple verticals, including semiconductor, broadband, and supply chain, primarily for North American clients. In 2004, he transitioned to the medical devices sector, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the medical practice within Quest Global. Under his leadership, the team built the largest offshore development center for a Tier-1 medical OEM from the ground up. Rajkin has held various key positions, managing critical programs both onsite and offshore, and continues to be a part of the senior management team, providing strategic advice for the account and regional growth. In 2010, he took on the challenge of diversifying and developing new accounts in Europe and North America, leading pre-sales, business development, and marketing efforts alongside operations. With over twenty years of industry experience, Rajkin currently heads the delivery for the medical devices vertical globally, focusing on incubating new accounts within the practice. In 2018, he ventured into the automotive sector, working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers on infotainment and ADAS solutions.

Rakesh Devulapalli is the Principal Engineer - Rolling Stock & Services at Quest Global. With over twenty-eight years of expertise in design, development, manufacturing, and project execution of embedded and electro-mechanical systems, he is a seasoned professional in the rail industry. Rakesh excels in managing high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and within budget. Rakesh’s role leading the discussions in traction control ensures compliant products for customers. His deep technical knowledge in rail systems engineering, including rolling stock design, traction systems, and train control & management systems, makes him a key asset to Quest Global's rail division.

Rama Krishnan is an electrical engineer with over 15 years of specialized experience in energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as Project Lead for Energy & Utilities NBD, he brings extensive expertise in electrical design, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage systems up to 400kV. His technical proficiency spans hydrogen fuel cell technology, substation design, GIS systems, and thermal power plant operations. Rama has successfully managed complex projects across international markets including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and India, demonstrating his capability in diverse engineering environments. Notable career highlights include his leadership role at Quest Global on the Hyaxiom fuel cell project, and his comprehensive experience in transmission and distribution systems. His background encompasses testing and commissioning of substations up to 220kV GIS, electrical design engineering, and project coordination for major infrastructure developments. Rama holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has completed advanced project management training. His core competencies include project management, hydrogen fuel cells, electrical controls, and substation design, making him a valuable asset in the evolving energy landscape.
